MOU binds both institutions to cooperate for the implementation of the project, "Joint Research on Gender and Education Issues in the Asia-Pacific Region. This study would involve comparative research on skills/job training programmes for girls and women in the Asia Pacific region with a particular focus on programmes offered through formal and non-formal education systems, including the identification of models of best practice.
