Contents of the research is as follows. First, evaluate the performance in social service sector that has underwent changes during the past four years through analysis on social service market changes and diversification of women's jobs. The details are as follows. Anlyze the changes in the social service market structure. Analyze changes in women's employment structure in industries and jobs. Through analysis on factors for choosing social service (care) jobs by women, assess factors that contribute to actively choosing jobs. Second, evaluate the possibility of sustainable development of social enterprise, main agents of job supply required for structural improvement of social service jobs and propose policy measures. Evaluate the limits of social enterprise in the social service sector and incentive structure and strategy required to overcome the limits. Based on the examples from Italy, analyze the major factors that enable sustainable development of companies in the social service sector. Analyze survey on social enterprises in the social service sector and their employees to identify and assess difficulties of the companies, blind spots of the government’s support policies, and strategy to secure corporate soundness. Discuss necessary policy support to enable companies in the social service sector to grow into sustainable social enterpriseses and possibility of creating social service market and jobs. Third, analyze policy results for the past four years through status on the regulatory improvements of social service demand and supply structure. Evaluate feasibility of policies that were proposed to promote creation of social service market and policy outcomes. Assess feasibility of policy measures that were suggested by project of the government to improve social service demand and supply structure and policy outcomes.
