50% of Youths Leave their First Job Due to "Dissatisfying Working Condintion"

    In both female and male youths, “dissatisfying working condition” was the highest reason for leaving their first job. Comparing reasons for leaving their first job by gender, in female, “dissatisfying working condition”(51.0%) accounted the highest, next to “due to personal relationship troubles at work”(16.5%), “it was a temporary or seasonal position”(8.3%) and “no future prospect at a job or current position”(7.0%). For male, “dissatisfying working condition”(48.8%) also accounted the highest, next to “due to personal relationship troubles at work”(12.2%), “no future prospects at a job or current position”(10.5%) and “not a right major, knowledge, technicality and aptitude”(8.3%).
