Ratio of female public officials in 2015 was high in the order of Administration-the Judiciary-Legislature

 

 

In 2016, administration had the highest female public officials ratio by 44.8%, followed by the judiciary and legislature. The ratio has been showing upward trend since 2011.

 

Administration had the highest ratio of female public officials which has increased from 42.0% in 2011 to 44.8% in 2016. Also, the ratio has been constantly increasing for the judiciary by 34.9% in 2011 to 38.4% in 2016. Although legislature showed the same trend in increased in the ratio by 33.1% in 2011 to 36.5% in 2016, the year 2014 had the highest ratio of 38.9% and there was a slight decrease in 2015 and 2016 by 36.5%.

 

Excluding the fact that the female public officials ratio of legislature was higher than the judiciary in 2014, the ratio was high in the order of administration, the judiciary and legislature.
